Bad neighborhood and finding a Florida cash home buyer

Right after getting married, my partner and I decided to buy a house.

My buddy and I were extremely young and had no real knowledge of how to go about the process.

Our realtor showed us a legitimately beautiful home that was within our budget. My buddy and I were amazed by the recently remodeled entryway with state-of-the-art appliances, brick countertop and breakfast bar. The bathrooms were truly brand current and there were pristine hardwood floors throughout the home. My buddy and I never questioned why such a giant , current and gorgeous home was listed at such a low price. My buddy and I should have researched the local area. Once my pal and I obtained the house and moved in, my pal and I discovered that the neighborhood is a problem. While there is a particularly affluent and desirable neighborhood just two blocks away, our nearby streets are unsafe. There are constant sirens, shouts and even the occasional sound of gunfire. I am afraid to go home after toil until after my partner has arrived. If my partner needs to toil late, I linger at a Dunkin Donuts Latte shop, get groceries or go to the gym until she makes it home. We’ve installed a state-of-the-art security system with motion activated lights, surveillance cameras and alarms. There are sensors on the windows and doors and a panic button. We’ve experienced graffiti on our garage, vandalism to our cars and theft of packages left on the doorstep. My buddy and I want to sell our house as suddenly as possible. Listing the house through a realtor was frustrating and pointless. Our neighborhood deters potential shoppers. Just recently, I saw an advertisement for a currency home buyer. The supplier is family-owned and local to Jacksonville, FL. I completed the online form, supplying some basic information, and acquired an offer that same day. My partner and I talked it over and have decided to accept the offer.
