Buying a house that is nothing but a migraine

I thought buying a house was a smart decision, then unluckyly, I was harshly naive! I didn’t know anything about what to look for or watch out for.

I trusted the real estate agent to give honorableand helpful advice; Although I paid for a house inspection, the inspector failed to find the most worrisome troubles. He missed issues with a leaking duct system that cost me a advantage in heating and cooling costs. He didn’t notice a leaking pipe that caused extensive water harm, then the floor under the tub rotted out and I was faced with mold growth. There were missing sections of the gutters that resulted in erosion of soil around the house and issues with the foundation. I had outlets that didn’t work, windows that wouldn’t open and appliances that were faulty. I had to run around with pots and pans to catch the water whenever it rained because the roof was such a mess. I hastily became overwhelmed. I didn’t have the budget, time or know-how to handle all of the many repairs. Hoping to sell the house, I called the same real estate agent back again… She told me that the house would prove very tough to sell. I was so miserable with her that I didn’t want to spend my money her a commission on the sale. I looked around and found a currency house customer that is local to Colorado Springtimes. The corporation has a well-proven reputation for successful deals. They made the process very straight-forward and stress-free. I filled out a contact form. They supplied a currency offer. I accepted and we closed in a week. There was no need for repairs or inspections. I wasn’t responsible for an appraisal or renovations.
